I realized that this was groundbreaking—no one had ever used AI like this to grow on Instagram. A lot of people started asking me how I did it, so I decided to turn the process into a mini-course.

Step 1: The Pre-Pre Launch Phase
The first step in my journey was setting the stage with what I call the “pre-pre launch” phase. I decided to start a 5-step series on Instagram where I shared the process of creating, building, and growing a new Instagram account from scratch. Essentially, I was giving away the content of the course for free—but I did it on purpose.
By providing so much value upfront, I knew people would naturally want to work with me and learn more. Throughout this phase, I also created weekly content on YouTube and my blog, where I shared ongoing insights about my project. At the same time, I teased the process of building the product with my audience via email and Instagram Stories. This built anticipation and established my authority on the topic.
Step 2: The Pre-Launch Phase & Offer Development
The next phase was the pre-launch, where I focused on developing the offer and building anticipation. Thirty days before the official launch, I opened a waitlist. People who joined the waitlist were promised early bird access to the course at a significantly reduced price, along with exclusive bonuses.
During this phase, I was also busy creating the product itself. Thanks to ChatGPT, what would normally have taken me at least two months was completed in just two weeks. I used ChatGPT to create the course content, write the copy for the offer, and develop all the marketing materials. This streamlined process allowed me to focus on refining the offer and ensuring it was as compelling as possible.
Step 3: Launching!
Finally, it was time to launch! I began by launching the course to my waitlist. Within the first hour, all the early bird spots were gone. To maintain momentum, I increased the price every time 10 new students enrolled. This strategy created a sense of urgency and FOMO (fear of missing out), which drove even more sales.
During the 7 days of launching, I shifted my Instagram content strategy to be entirely sales-driven. Every piece of content, from IG Stories to emails, was crafted to drive conversions. I also added an order bump at checkout—a small additional offer at a reduced price—which significantly increased the average order value.
